thanks bobsglasstram and about the hall i am taking the shor block this saturday so i can really takle all the fixing and painting wile i wait for the rest of the parts

well today i dont have any new pictures but i when out and got me a 2 1/2 tons engine jack after mesuring everything i think it will work for what i want lets see tomorow will be a long day

lmao well everyone today i remove part of the floor and found lots of termites felt like i need it to

but to be ones at the i will give it a shot ones i saw the main problem and all the floor can be replace is not that bad here are some of the pics i took today i will have some more later

Looks like you have your hands full. Termites, yuk, are you going to have to replace all the wood in the boat?
That engine looks pretty rough too.
I found worms in one of my stringers but nothing like you have.

hey bob the answer is yes i will be replacing sll the wood lol well i can say i will have a beter flor about the engine i will send it to the machine shop and see what they tell me o if i found a good deal ill get a newer block
