Years ago, we had a Doberman Pinscher. I don't know what breeds are the worst for gas, but Dobes need to rank very high on the list. But also, this darn dog would eat anything. If he saw one of us eat it, he figured it was good enough for him. One time, my mother dropped a whole onion on the floor and the dog had gulped it down before he could have possible ever tasted it. For about a week, this dog had breath and gas to match and I thought the folks were gonna put him down.<br /><br /><br />they didn't though. They loved him too much.

Wellllll achris......my Lovely Bride sorta "discovered" my intended plot to pollute our humble home using Roxxi as a delivery device (she must be clairvoyant). <br /><br />Thus the odoriferous nerve agent was not created allowing my In laws a pleasant visit. We did have a great time, I kinda like them anyhooo. <br /><br />Additionally, the weather was fine and most time was spent outdoors, further spoiling the plot should it have been enacted.<br /><br />(buncha sinister hand wringing now).......maybee next time. You folks gave some great suggestions, like meat, raw onion, high protein canned food, and so on. heehaw.great fun!!

cut the cheese, its not natural for dogs,dairy is not generally good for dogs or cats. and most humans even become lactose intolerant as they age.<br /> seven years is just over middle age! <br /> raising the food dish to shoulder hight is the standard for feeding dogs for it helps build a better stance for the showring. it physically makes sense that it will cut some of the air gulping.
