1984 sportcraft Center Console " fisherman 202" .<br />20'2" long x 8'2" wide.<br />motor is 1991 omc 225hp v6 on a sea drive bracket with full transom.<br /><br />bought boat last month on april 11th from used boat dealer for 2800.00<br /><br />i rebuilt all 6 carbs, installed new idle and high speed jets, new fuel line, new water pump, new plugs, new plug wires, new cd6 ignition, new head gaskets, new intake manifold gaskets, and a few new nuts, bolts and misc wires here and there.<br /><br />also purchased new(used)aluminum trailer with dual 3500# axles.<br /><br />just put on my SMART TABS today, but havent tried them out yet. maybe later<br /><br />im still well under $4000 total with newer trailer and motor parts, so im happy. <br /><br />its still a "work in progress, as it probably always will be! Nice boat - it must be very fast! And at a great price, too.<br /><br />How are the Smart Tabs working out? Have you tried them yet? By the way, did you consider mounting them further out? I think this would have given them more leverage and thus a more stable ride.
