Might be just a tad top heavy.

That contraption would roll over easily in any kind of waves. I'd bet that the seller hasn't put it in the water since adding the "house".

that was the first thing I though of also, I would hate to catch a big wake sideways in that thing, doesn't look like it has alot of tube under it either.

I think I will let you have this one but the next floating outhouse you find is mine!

Carp! The bank turned down my loan application. I guess you can have it this time 5150!

But does it come with central air?

It doesn't even come with a motor. Which begs the questions, where is the steering wheel?

I would hate CL to delete these photos eventually and future generation iBoaters miss out. So that they may live on in infamy, here's some screen shots:

Ahh... a floating tool shed. I bet you would only be able to fit 1-2 "tools" in it at a time.

I don't know why everybody thinks that would flip. I bet shes a very sea worthy craft, and it would look right at home 10 miles off shore. :D;)

Insulate it well with expanding foam.
Add a BIG sunroof and tow your new cooler with you wherever you go:)

Take a walk around some of the marinas on Lake Ouachita someday. You would be amazed at some of the things people around here build on pontoons.

Hope when they use the term "tin" they mean aluminum.
Great for sheltered waters and operated where big wave action isn't likely.
Get rid of the formal helm and rig a stick steer bought or built maybe even on the front deck.
A 7 to 10 hp maybe on a kicker bracket so your could lower for high speed(ha ha) or raise it for shallow running.
Porta potty on the rear deck with a privacy curtain a small camper stove rigged on the front rail.
Maybe a couple of air mattresses A cooler you could also sit on Maybe 3 or 4 small plastic deck chairs you could stack up
and maybe hang off the rail some how. Not sure it would like 4 200 lb guys wondering around.
