Ok I know it has been a long time since I have updated my project but to tell you the truth I hate the new forum format and have spent the last several weeks screaming at computer. Hope now they have worked out all the bugs. not as easy to use in my opinion. at any rate I have several pictures I will attempt to load --- wish me luck. I do have a question BF on the knee brace. since I am not taking it completely off/out can I get way with using closed end rivets instead for solid? other option was to turn down a block of aluminum and slide it between the knee brace and run SS bolts through it. Also what should I use to bond the 2 pieces of marine plywood together?

I think your talking about bonding the 2 sheets of ply for your transom? A bunch of us use the Gorilla Poly Glue. That stuff is crazy good if you ask me.

yes i am talking about donding the 2 sheets together before cutting and fit up. thx the info.

I used Titebond 3. It's great stuff.

Not sure about others but I can't see any of the pictures you have posted here. All I see is computer yuck. Could be the upgrade they are doing still, I'm not sure.
