Went clam digging today and got a nice sz. one, but it took me 35-40min of shoveling hard sand. I must be getting old because it took me about 20min a few yrs. ago
These clams are tasty!
The wife likes them raw while i perfer pan-fried with panko bread crumbs.
The only down side to digging the duck is the amout of work to get them but it beats buying them from the fish market for $20 a pound!!
