Hey Ron, big step there for sure and yea, tell her not to worry, if it's meant to be, then there's no stopping it for sure.

Re: My I-Boats Family

Having kids is wonderful! Made my life complete.

Be sure to have your wife see a doctor and review her diet with the doc. I'm guessing your wife is near your age and if so that puts ya'll near where my wife and I were back then.

Folic Acid intake is pretty critical the first 28 days of pregnancy. This is when the neural tube forms the spinal column. Lack of Folic Acid can cause neural tube defects. Most women are not even aware they are pregnent at this time.

Get a good doctor and maybe a fertilitly specialist working with you as quickly as you can.

God bless you,

I was going to stay out of this except maybe to agree with Kagee 8).... but.

Don't ruin the whole experience by getting hung up on the "you need this, you need that" thing. The human race has been getting along without tracing every little thing you eat for un-told years... go with that.

The less stress you put upon yourselves by trying to meet all of the demands of "currant fashion" in the area of child rearing/propagating the better. As long as she has a balanced diet and avoids drugs and anything more than moderate alcohol consumption, you'll be fine.

Do the pre-natal stuff, but think about arranging to catch this baby for yourself.... that's a once in a life time chance, no matter how many times you do it.

Lucky me, I caught my child and my Grandchild.

Re: My I-Boats Family

Her doc wanted to test me (I swear this is a true story) by taking a sample from her an hour after...well you know...to determine how "mobile" the troops were, so to speak. Her appointment was at 9:00 so at 8:00 I was...not at work...and being a basically honest man...well, my boss complimented me on the best excuse for being late he ever heard.

anyways, like Nike says...

LOL.... sell the detector and use the bucks to take her out to dinner, good wine, a bit of dancing, if you know what I mean...... 8)

It's not like there is any shortage of swimmers, and they say practice makes perfect...

Do keep up the vitamins, for your heath and hers.... the baby will take what it needs, just eat right and she won't miss it.

That is your mission, if you are caught we will disavow any knowledge of your existence.... good luck, and have fun with it, it will change your life like you can't believe, and for the better.
