My new 14ft tinny

Just got back from snagging this lil beast.
14 foot welded Alumacraft. Compared to the old Lonestar I had, this puppy is HEAVY.
The aluminum is way thicker than the Lonestar, I could shake the walls of the old one and she would flex, this one? impossible.
I wont be able to drag her home till this weekend, dang work has once again gotten in the way of my fun!

Not bad for $75.00 I guess...

Kev - are you going use her as is and fish the heck out of her? She looks heavy duty! Guess you need a trailer too.

Can get a Smokercraft 14' wide with trailer for $250, I offered $175

Nice work. 14' is a great size for a boat. Now all you need is an 18 horse Evinrude Fastwin to put on it.

Yeah..I had this one and sold it..Almost doubled my $$, but have missed it every since. It moved well with a 6, but was much lighter than this heavy monster. I'd love a 18..

All kidding aside, congrats on the new rig.

An 18hp would be fun, and a bimini for your Florida sun.

Looks pretty similar to our Sears which I'm about positive is an Alumacraft http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w200/ezmobee/DSCF2577.jpg It didn't get much use this year as I was no long afraid to take the SS to this one area we were afraid to take it before.

You could add a Starcraft part and have a Aluma-Starcraft.

I found these for my Lone*Star so now I have have a Lone*Star-craft.
