Manny, I love the DIY T Top, care to share how you did it and where you got the fitting? That is exactly what i need for my 190CCF!

Re: my new project wellcraft 180 fisherman

Manny,
I'd be careful taking your new T-top out in less then ideal conditions.

I'd be concerned about the stress of even moderate seas or slight pounding thru surf. Perhaps the original tubing around your center console, the console & it's attachment to the deck is all more substantial then it appears.

Tubes that were designed as a hand hold may not be up to the stress of having a point load coming down from the back third of the T-top. And the attachment points to the center console, which were also intended for a hand hold, may not support the repeated loading & unloading that the newly added top will transfer down to it. Taking another look, that rear spar looks closer to the center of the top then the rear, by quite a bit.

I know it's ^^^ a larger boat, that weighs more then your rig, but look at how the support spars attach to the top w/ a fully supporting tube frame AND that the tubes extend down past the side of the console, I'd presume to the DECK not only the console.

Best of luck chasing a carb gremlin.

Boat & boat resto safely.

i know the wind will try to take it off but what is the difference from a Bimini top witch is only supported by straps i weld the front 2 and trow bolted the top also reinforce the hand rail to the center console and the center console to the floor

this is a good example

Sounds like you did more then is visible, but to address your question:
i know the wind will try to take it off but what is the difference from a bimini top witch is only supported by straps
The bimini is lighter, less rigid, supported fully at both ends & has 6 support ribs(fore, middle & aft) and 6 attachment (hold down) points down low along gunwale. Its not clear, but I think the front 2 legs of the bimini are also tubes, the only straps are the aft 2.

Having done additional reinforcement, it may be enough to support & attach your T-top. Only asking because the reinforcement wasn't visible & Jetfxr (or other's) might not ask.
