Re: My new ride
I really don't concern myself on where a car is made.
I went on a longish trip with the car today, about and hour and a half each way, and I used the Synch Services directions for the first time. Worked flawlessly. I just love how all that stuff is integrated. The spoken directions were great and it would also display the next step on the radio's display. Guess I can ditch my POS Tom Tom. The only thing I can see being an issue is if you get off course, it has to dial in again to get a new route so there would be a bit of a delay whereas a portable GPS would get it almost immediately. I'm also not sure if there's a way to alter the route to avoid a certain road or go a different way. Also, I was driving around southern Lancaster county (OMG BUGGIES EVERYWHERE!) so basic turn right, turn left, etc were fine. I'll be interested to see if it gives my lane indications and stuff on the highways when I'm down in the Baltimore area.
All in all, I'm absolutely thrilled with this car.
