Re: My new teenager.

I hit my 20's about 20 years ago and I realized that the older I got the smarter my folks got.

I also remember my mom getting her "revenge" when my oldest was born. I remember her giving me that "revenge is sweet" look as she fed my 2 year old spaghettios, and I washed half of it off his face, hair, arms and neck...............lol.

You will survive.........You will become the dumbest people on the planet........but you will survive!!!

My youngest is now 15 and has her permit. Her mother and her get into it almost daily. I bust my butt to try and stay out of it(coward) by sneaking out of the room.

All you can do is your best and hope for the best. Have him get a job, teach him about financial responsibility, and cherish this time.

Re: My new teenager.

You people are cracking me up with these life stories.

The funny thing is I can picture all of these events happening.

My wife and I are still chuckling :)

Re: My new teenager.

the memories are still too fresh for me to say anymore then GOOD LUCK!! LOL

It was a rollercoaster and I agree with everything above. My youngest is almost 19. Still trying to find his calling in life, although he works at an apartment maintenance gig right now.
