my outboard under heats

[my new fishmaster]

After installing the new thermo and impeller she runs to cold. Whats going on I can touch the spark plugs and engine after running all day.

Hard to say if you are running too cold or not . Are you idleing crappier than before,or fowling alot of plugs?You don't let us know what you've got ,and brother they can all act a little different.It might do you some good to share that info with us now.
