Nice project you got there! Well double check that center stringer and make sure its good. Then your going to want to grind the lip back on both sides and make is smooth (straight for the floor sides). Then you’re going to want to grind back around edges so that there is some clean glass to glass your floors to. Probably go with a 1/2 plywood that is an exterior grade. You can use either epoxy or ply resin, your choice (boat was made with poly resin… ). After you get all your wood cut, coat it about two times with your resin/epoxy to seal it up. Make some nice thick resin/epoxy and lay that stuff on your stringers and set your wood in, attach with SS screws. Glass your edges all the way around and then I like to Glass the whole floor, overlapping the edges once again. Then BAM you’re done....well almost. After that is all done lay down your carpet (if your going to use it), and re install interior.

Resin and epoxy can be bought at your local marine shop or online at such sites http://www.uscomposites.com/, they seem to have the best prices that I know of...

Some 3M super duty and a buffer will do some magic on the outside, do some searches, lots of detailed information on everything.

That’s a nice blue toolbox yah got, think I want to get blue for my next box...
