my prop is gone .

hi everyone , we just bought a 1989 thundercraft 220 magnum with the 4.3 lx motor and merc stern drive . to make a long story short , somebody over the weekend stole the prop off it while we were gone away . i dont have a clue what size it was . the boat weighs around 3800 pounds, top speed was around 38 mph ,and wide open it was turning 4600 rpm , and it had a 4 blade aluminum prop on it , thats about all i know . anybody out there with one of these boats that can tell me what size prop there are using ? thankyou ...

Assuming a 1.84 drive ratio and 12% slip 18" pitch sounds about right for a 4 blade.

Usually they treat it as a purchase with free exchange

OR

a deposit, then finalize the sale after you make your final selection.
