Yeah, I never ever buy expensive sunglasses, but I get these reward points from work and they were on the list to buy so I figured what the Hell. I would never pay that much for sunglasses. HOWEVER, you would think a company that is fleecing the customer like that would at least respond to emails and phonecalls.

Seriously, good luck. I had a couple pairs of nice glasses over the years, but just break them and mostly loose them to often to spend the cash anymore.

Bahahaha, good luck on that one, thats why I buy $5 glasses, they last me about a month and on to a new pair.

Glad to here nauticus is taking care of you guys. Keep us posted on the spray, was it doing it before the actuators went bad?

Oh and the spraying was happening before, and that was the reason I moved them to the lower setting. It didnt help, well at least until they failed, then there was no spray because the actuators were fully up all the time. LOL.

Hmmm, do you have a thread on the install? Where are they installed? I don't get spray so that sounds weird. Totally different boat though and mine are the stainless versions.

Yes. Link is below. I emailed Nauticus with the install stuff and they said they were right where they needed to be. They think it was because they were too heavy, 80lb vs 60lb, and were not actuating. They are sending me out the 60lb units. They worked much better at the lower setting, so I think the 60lb units are going to be perfect.

Wow, my replacement actuator arrived today...just 2 days after i called Nauticus. This company has service that is second to none!

Gotcha, yeah, I think your boat will be better with the 60 pound actuators. I forgot that you had bought these used. They do look installed correctly. Good luck man, hopefully you get them in the mail before the long weekend.

They were brand new, I actually bought them for my dad about a year before and he never installed them. Then got a new boat and didnt need them anymore. So they sat on his shelf for a year. I bought them for a 22ft Tahoe deck boat. According to all the literature and customer service at Nauticus, the 80lb ones should have worked on my 21ft boat with a V8, but I really didnt need much, the hull already handled very well, so the 80lb threw too much wake and spray to ski behind, so I think the 60s will be perfect. Just enough to stop the slight porpoising at full trim, and reduce the bow rise on take off. The 80s were amazing other than the spray they threw.

Both new actuators came Monday. Very happy with the customer service.
