I think you should demand a meeting with all of the teachers and then go there and make your point. Get mad and show them how smart you are compared to them...They are just professionals with college degrees and many years of certification and renewal credits and experience.....means nothing.......

Actually, many teachers (my wife included) think this is a PC-police-induced crock. However, it is a crock required by the state, so they have to do it.
