My trailer has these air bags?

I'm so close to putting my project into the water. So instead of springs ,my trailer has round black rubber bags with an air valve in them. What shape there in I don't know, haven't tried to blow them up. Do you think I should replace them with springs??

Airbags last a long time if not exposed to sun light. if there is no visible cracking I would leave them.

The best riding 18 wheelers ride on airbags. Do you know how much air pressure to put in them? I'd start at 5-10 psi and take a test ride,if no one else comes on here to recommend a pressure setting.
