Mystery boat - Merlin?

Anyone know Yr Make and Model of this boat?
It say's "Merlin" on the side and "Ultra" something on the stern near the engine cover.

Does it have a HIN on the transom? It may be too old for that. Sure is a looker, though.

From the general appearance and shape of the windshield, I would guess mid 60s.

Unfortunately I have no other info and don't have access to the boat for another month. Hoping someone will recognize and have some ideas on make and model. Thx
