Hey Guys, I have a 1989 40hp outboard ser#OC202880. I just cleaned the fuel filter and changed all the lines. when I fired it up on the muffs, I was checking the lines for any leaks and I noticed some water leaking from somewhere near the top sparkplug. It was a very light drip, but enough gathered to keep me from seeing where it might actually be coming from. The only thing I see that is close-by the plug is the temp switch. i'll have to do a closer inspection, but does anyone know if there may be another reason for the drip? Could it be the cylinder cover gasket?
