Mystery Oil, Plug Problems, and an unhealthy vibration

I have a 1974 135 HP Evinrude that is leaking oil from where the Upper and lower units connect. It's not gear lube and the lower unit is okay. I know that the unburnt 2 cycle oil should be coming out of the exhaust and also the weep holes, but there is a LOT more coming out than what I think should be. Any advice?
Also I keep fouling the plug on the same cylinder. Compression is good but the same plug keeps going. I am mixing 50:1 Timing/New idle jets???
And the last issue is a vibration at idle. It started after I got my lower unit rebuilt last year. as soon as I pick it up from idle it stops, but when I'm trolling at idle it shakes the entire boat. Any guesses on the cause of that would help too.
Thanks ALL!

So........what's the compression?
Any chance you have a crossed plug wire on 2 cylinders????????
I would say it's either that, or you have no spark on one cylinder. Use a spark tester and check 'em all. Recheck plug wires for correct postion.

Do a cylinder drop test on it when it's running to make sure all cyls are equal. You'll need a good insulated pliers for this to pull the plug wires off one at a time.

all cylinders are at 130 PSI. The top left cylinder is the one that is constantly fouling the plug. It will run fine for about 1 day of trolling then it will intermittently start and stop firing. When I pull it out it is saturated with oil, could it be timimg? If I am too advanced/retarded would that cause fouling? It just seems odd that it's always that one cylinder.

What about my massive oil leak problem, any thoughts?
