Ok, I've got a good one for you guys. I was starting my motor the other day and heard a rattle. Took the cover off and I noticed the bolt that holds the starter (above the carburetor) and another part dislodged and laying in the engine area. I bought a longer screw and fixed the bolt but, for the life of me, I can?t identify this other part. It?s no longer than an 1" to 1.5" in length about the size of small paperclip. It's cylinder shaped and flat on boths ends. It looks like there's a tiny hole on one side and both ends looks like it painted the same color as the engine (off white). I tried to upload a pic but it was too big. Could somebody please help me? If you send me an email address I'll send the pic asap. Or maybe you don't need a pic and know what it is. A repairman looked at it and didn't know what it was. THANKS!!!
