I found a good deal on a new EZ Loader trailer. The problem is its rated to carry 2350 lbs.
The dealer says thats fine for my boat but i'm not convinced.
The Nada site shows NET weight of my boat is 1380.
Is that a weight not including engine and drive?
I realize that fuel, gear ect are also a factor.
Short of hauling it to a truck stop scale and weighing it what would you guys do?

Re: NADA weights

if your boat is and i/o thats the total weight of hull engine-outdrive. off the assembly line. outboads that is the weight of the hull itself you have to add engine, etc.

Re: NADA weights

Thanks TD, I would have thought the old boat was much heavier than that.So with full 26 gal tank and gear i should still be ok...
They want 1100 bucks for the EZloader,oil bath hubs,LED light package,tounge jack,winch.
I have not seen it in person yet but the guy says its a new 2001 model that was never used...
Also waiting to hear back from them if it has brakes or not..

Re: NADA weights

I thought about adding brakes myself anyway.I will go electric,my tow vehicle is already wired for it.
It will be freshwater only..8)
