NAPA Marine Catalog

I keep hearing about NAPA's marine catalog. Some 600 pages. Anyone know if these can be ordered online or can they be had at NAPA?<br /><br />Thanks<br /><br />Dave

I went to Napa and axed for one and they gave it to me. Comes in handy periodiaclly. Since they never replaced it I have to tell them the part #'s. Chief

The NAPA parts all come from Sierra. If you can't get a catalog at NAPA you can get a Sierra catalog or go to www.teleflexmarine.com. Lots of useful info.

Thanks guys. I went to a local NAPA and they gave me one. I didn't know they were all Sierra parts though. Wish they had prices in their catalogs.

Yeah, that is a drawback. But a quick call will get the price. At least it allows you to have the part number at hand. Pretty handy and I have a NAPA 3 blocks away. I have yet to get any marine parts there(Other than fuel line), but they tell me it would be there the next day if I order by noon. Can't beat that for the simple stuff...

My NAPA store had one from 2002. I wonder how often they are updated. They sure didn't know anything about it.

The catalogs come out once a year and update supplments a couple time a year usally

Not all the parts in the NAPA catalog are from Sierra.<br />I've bought stuff from them that came from other companies.

the napa store i deal with through work here in winnipeg didn't even know they had a marine catalogue. the number's i was givin em from the napa marine book kept coming up as no good part # useless here i tell ya!

a lot of franchise stores do not know about it. my store had the 2008 catalog, but ordered me the 2009. $6.95 for the new one.

My local store in Ontario has the catalogue. I have ordered parts from them without problems. OK one problem; if the part is not in the Canadian warehouse than it can be up to 3 weeks to come out of the US warehouse. My local store gave me their outdated catalogue.

I used to buy from NAPA (for shop needs and personal needs) , I suggest you compare prices any time you can.

I know this is old but I use their small engine catalog and to get prices I do a search on the NAPA website for the part number that I am looking for and it comes up.Ron G

Hey guys, don't forget, NAPA sells Sierra Marine. iboats sells Sierra Marine also, as well as additional brands to choose from. iboats also gives us this free website. I guess y'all get the picture?

Yup you are right. Now if you would like a chuckle ........ when this thread was started those catalogs were NOT online or available by computer (digital).

Let's let this thread drift slowly into the archives again where it belongs.
