Hello forum. I am resurrecting an older Bayliner Explorer with a cuddy cabin. I ripped that nasty short haired (I think I have heard it called cat hair) carpet stuff that was on the bulk heads and top (overhead). Now I have a surface that has flaky texture to it. I really would like to put some kind of product on it that will ahere to the fiberglass, and then allow me to put a foam backed vinyl on it (thats my plan anyway).....what do you all think?

I think its time to get the grinder out and get rid of all the crap on the bulkhead with a 60 grit wheel and clean it up real good. then you have a good clean prepped area to bond what ever you would like to it.

Good luck!
