I was visiting my parents a while back and we were standing in the front yard. Thier home is near an intersection of which you can see. We were talking about boats, various makes, models and drives at the time. Suddenly we hear a loud bang from the intersection, we look over to see a boat go sliding by with no tow vehicle or trailer??? My dad says "Ya' see, you wouldn't get that kinda speed with an OMC!" We laughed like crazy (couldn't help it). The guy hadn't put on his safety lines and the ratchet broke on the crank letting the boat roll off. Not pretty but nobody hurt.
