Dang....That sounds good too! I used to have a a friend in Baton Rouge who sent me some darn good coffee.Can't remember the name but i think it was in a yellow can...

Mello Joy coffee is the only one that I know of from Louisiana in a yellow can. I prefer Community Coffee wich is also from LA. They are both avaliable online.

Sory but my mom makes the cheese cakes. However I think she gets her recipes online.
