I'm not sure of year maybe '80s...It has the lock to prevent motor from kicking up in reverse. I think this is a tiller model that has been rigged up. This was on the boat when I bought it. Right now when I run the main the
25hp will raise up running thru the water, the water pushes it up. When I slow down to stop it drops back in the drink. This is creating serious drag, as well as alot of spray. Is there something I can add to keep it locked full up besides tying a rope to it? Should I just replace it?
