I have tried all the places that I have found on here with no luck can someone help. It has the two notches the part number on the impeller is Lord J7598. Thank You for any help.
Bob Long is the fella you're talking about and he does not have impellers to sell you but instead you have to send him your old one (with the core) then he refurbishes it with the new rubber exterior. It's called "sold on exchange basis".
I had to email him for a response too, then he sent the info for the mailing. He did one for my Elgin and it worked just fine!
I need the exact same impellers for my 5hp Scott, but the issue is the person who owned the motor before me replaced the original impellers with impellers for a 33/35hp model :S I also have emailed this guy but have unfortunately received no response, any other methods of contact?
It's sort of questionable whether a 35hp impeller will fit in a 5hp. Are you sure?
EDIT: There is another guy making repro impellers, Brian Wilcox. But you still have to supply an exchange hub. Baron0418@att.net. please note the b must be a capital
Well I used bob longs website to determine that the impellers in my motor were meant for a 33/35horse Scott Water Pump Impellers , I believe the hubs still fit well though which is great, I'll try emailing the guy you suggested and thanks for the speedy reply!
I think you are deceiving yourself with those pictures. A 33hp has a much larger shaft and pump housing than a 5hp. Um...we are talking about the Bail-A-Matic models, aren't we?

Yes they seem quite crammed, I'll have to double check the hubs but I'm almost positive they fit the 5/8 shaft perfectly, but they are the exact same impeller as shown for a 33/35hp on that website. Unfortunately Brian Wilcox was unable to help, he said he has changed material and the new material can't handle the delay for the water to reach the pump which is located just under the engine on my motor. He basically told me I'd have to rebuild/fabricate the pump to accomidate these Honda impellers he suggested, it seems like a lot of work so I'm going to continue to look for a new impeller:concern:
Honda eh? Hm.m.m, that's interesting.
Just for the record, the OEM part number for the 5hp impellers is 3755-5100, for the 33hp it is 3645-5100.
Good luck, I like to see those old things restored and revived.
