Thank Yacht DR your method seems much more logical. Looking forward to the next step of grinding. I am currently looking for a place to grind the hull. My garage is too small and my home owners association is way too snooty. Any suggestion are welcome. I have one alternative location a the moment but it will be expensive to store and work there.
Opps, I purchase the boat in Feb 2011 from a shister in Newport CA. I believe he painted bottom paint over hull problems just to sell the boat. The boat mechanically runs well as I have done quite a bit but has hull problems. I met the original owner and found the boat was always trailered and kept in southern california. I will watch for delam and get some pics. Thanks for the heads up.
