Did you contact Sea-way? They were able to hook me up with a NOS carburetor for my 1968 20 HP Johnson about a year ago. They even threw in a carb rebuild at no charge, since the original gaskets would probably not tolerate the ethanol-mixed fuel. It was a little pricey, but definitely less expensive than buying another motor.
