Need a couple of quick answers re gel coat

Sorry about not posting this in my restore thread. I'm in the middle of gel coating. I have a few hours before I need to leave. I want to lay 2 more coats.
1) how much time is the minimum between coats?
2) if I don't use surfacing wax, what's the max time I can go before needing to sand before applying another coat? I'll be back Friday morning...

1. Minimum time...a couple of minutes to maybe fifteen, you just need to wait long enough for it to not sag.

2. A couple of days if kept out of the sun and dust doesn't contaminate the surface.
