gee bryce, that's a wonderful offer,not many people these days would. i just wanted to say that's a commendable gesture...i was up your way once. people were so friendly ya almost had to beat them away with a stick... this summer i'm gone to start layin' the keel for a 22 ft lobster boat.. wish we lived closer!!

Need a hand?

Anyone in Southern New Brunswick who needs some help on a boat building or restoration let me know. If I find it interesting I will help for free. I don't want to brag but I can do most anything.(welder,carpenter,painter,mechanic) Reply to this board. I check it often. Bryce

On the same note -- I'm looking for employment in the boating field, looking to relocate to the south. dont need big bucks just enough to live on. Hi Bryce, you might want to check out Glen-L marine's site; they have a forum of boat builders from all over.<br /><br />bajass 235, you might want to check out "the mother of all maritime links" there's a catagory there for employment dealing with nautical stuff.<br /><br />sorry guy's I don't know how to post a link yet, you'll have to look it up

Care to come to Florida ????<br /><br />Restoring a Hydrostream Vector, Core was rotted to the bone, stripped doen to the gelcoat shell, Replacing BASLA core with Klegcell75 and epoxy resin. Will Start on the transom ion a couple weeks. WIll sandwich aluminum plate between the foam core transom. Need to weld some ears on that plate to tie bars nto stringers to act as tranasom knees. ( It will need this) 17ft boat 225 HP ! <br /><br />Whew that fiberglassing is getting real old, have lost half my hair by laying in half cure resin...and I need to keep all I got!<br /><br />That is a very kind and generoud offer.
