Took the boat and put it in the water and it still will not turn over 2500 RPMS . Cold Hot doesn't make any difference. How do I bypass the heat censer to see if thats what it is? The engine is not running hot, I can put my hand any where on the heads, and there is a good **** stream coming from the engine.( I put a new impeller kit in it).I think something is tell the system the motor is hot and it is not.
