So I recently bought a 97 trophy 19ft with an 05 Mercury 150HP salt water engine. Took it out today for the first time and everything is fine but the boat stand REALLY straight up before it gets onto plane almost scary......motor has been trimmed down everytime I take off, but doesn't matter how I adjust it, it will still stand almost straight up, can anyone give me advice? Trim tabs maybe?

Does it have a jack plate? Try different heights. You can also go for a stern lifting prop. Go to the prop section and post your prop style and issue for help there.
You can move weight forward too.
My last boat was like that too, I kinda got used to it. I'd just not go the speed that would sky the bow. I'd go below or above it. And since the gas tank was way astern I would run it below 2/3 full usually. Each gallon of fuel is over 7 lbs.

Can you give us a pic of the boat from the side when trim is all the way in.
