The original starter is a Prestolite MGD4115 12V with a spring gear bendix with a 9 tooth gear<br />I have a choice that I have found at: www.iShopMarine.com<br />a SIE-185635 that is like mine and requires a special order, or a S2065M with a 2pc.rubber drive.<br />My question is are the to interchangable or do I need to make the special order for the spring loaded gear.<br />Without it I stuck in dry dock.<br />Thanks,<br />Zeke440
