I'm having the hardest time finding a windshield for my '65 Larson All American. Anybody know who makes replacements?
This is a wrap around with a front that bubbles out.
Taylor Made only sells flat front windshields

Have you tried searching "custom made boat windshields"?

It comes up with some companies and I think UPD Plastics tells guys they can make most any size.

You have a better chance of winning the lottery than finding a qood 50 year old formed acrylic windshield.

As AD indicated, you're going to need it custom fabricated

Yes. I have several places giving me estimates but they're $$$!
I'm researching how to make my own. The challenge is that it bubbles out in the front. A flat front that wraps around isn't as scary.

Its going to be expensive. my estimate is in the $8-1100 range

here are a few places that I would recommend to make your windshield. I would not attempt it myself. your windshield needs to be drape formed, then fit.
