After a bunch or searching we found out my 88 Merc carb has no shutter, from what I understand this is what controls the fuel flow and so that would explain why it dumps out a ton of fuel and then wont run at anything more than an idle. First..I am correct on what this part is for and second, where can I find one? Thanks
