Need advice on installing Swim Platform

Any one knows the best way to drill holes in the transome to install a DETMAR swim platform . I have a 2004 21' Sea-pro CC boat. I just purchased the swim platform and figured I could install it myself. Can't be that difficult?

Watch your height, make sure when your out drives are "UP" they do not hit the swimstep.
Just noticed they are not alll the way accross the transom..duh!

Try to make the least amount of holes below the water line. For obvious reasons.
