Need Advice

I just bought a 2008 Pro Avenger w/115 Mercury 4-stroke. It is new,and the steering wheel pulls HARD (will spin the steering wheel all the way..hard) to the right as soon as I give it throttle. I know the fin center of the prop can adjust this some and this one is set dead center. Will adjusting this fix the HARD pull to the right?

Take it back to the dealer.

You shouldn't be experiencing "torque steer" in any kind of boat these days.

Agreed, a new boat should perform perfectly.
The way warranties are now I wouldn't touch it myself, take it back the dealer should be able to fix that pretty quickly.
