need early 70's late 60's 20hp lower unit

My gears are slipping out and I am looking for a replacement lower unit. I have adjusted my linkage now till i am out of adjustment. Please post here if you know where I can find one.

No need to buy a lower unit. Pull out the gear pak and using a dremel with a carbide bit CAREFULLY dress the drive dogs on the clutch and forward gear back to square.

thanks for the advice..I'll give that a try this weekend..Do I need a gasket or seal kit to put it back together?

Please post Pics or links of the before and after of this process. It sounds interesting to ?An Old Machinist? that likes to modify to save. jow
