i over the winter bought a boat with a non-working motor but have since managed to get it working now i need info on the motor.If anyone could help i would be very thankful. the motor is an evinrude starflite V and the only numbers i can find on it are 309182 308705 and another set of 75393E E04381 i would like to know year and HP if it's possible and also on inside of cover it has a mix ratio of 24-1 is that right it seems low to me thank you
