I need some opinions,I am planning to lift my boat high enough to remove the trailer.I am using 4 chain hoists fastened at the ceiling and 2 tow straps rated at 20,000 lbs.I have seen words of caution on these straps that they are not meant for lifting.The boat is 23ft long and weighs about 4000lbs.Would anyone do this or should I try something else.Thanks for the imput.
