need help 1969 johnson wont start

I have a pull start 1969 johnson short shaft. I recently just replaced a coil and condenser because the top cylinder wasn't getting spark. The motor would start just fine before that now the motor won't start I am getting spark to both cylinders please help

Throw some 50:1 gas/oil mix into the carb and try.

Are the plug wires crossed? If the only thing you did was replace coil and condenser, recheck your work, maybe shorted wire.
