That angle grinder is nearly magic but I don't know what a "pearl disc" is. Is that something that Harbor Freight may have? ED Bell

No you won't find them at Harbor Freight. Shop your local welding supply joint.

This one's got a few miles on it but it's what they look like: Silicon carbide impregnated into a foam disc. Come in various grits. Made by Pearl Abrasive Co.

I got lazy towards the end but I finished her up today and got her back on the trailer. Got her numbers on her and finished putting on the rest of the PVC. Here are a few pictures from yesterday . Ed Bell

BTW, is that PVC you used for the top edge of the gunwale?
That is a really good idea...I like it!
What are you using to hold it in place?
