Need help determining the price a deck boat!!

I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this queston. Looked to be the most likely.
Im looking at buying a 1992 Hurricane Deck Boat with a 1994 Johnson Fast Strike 150 on it.
I dont know the exact model of the boat, just know that its 19' in length. Assuming overall condition is a 7 and it comes with all the typical family boat additions....radio, bimini top...and it is on a tandem axel trailer thats in excellent shape.
Just want a ballpark value. im in central texas and this being the beginning of the season i expect to pay a little more.
Any ideas would be great

Assuming decent shape (doesn't need any mechanical or appearance work) on a trailer without the extras you can figure it at around $2,000 to $2,500 in the mid-west. (Location can vary that quite a bit.)

would central texas make it worth more? timing of the season?
is there any way that this boat could be worth 4500$

but you will have to do another nada search and do a value for the outboard and one for the trailer... add them together and there's your price. $4500 seems right in line.
