need help finding a used carb for a 1999 merc 4 hp 4 stroke

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a place where I might find a used carb for a 1999 merc 4 hp 4 stroke? New ones are no longer available and apparently these particular motors were made in Europe. Serial # is 0R004061. Thanks

That will be a tough find.

What happened to your old carb?

Do you have the OEM part number you would need?

Thanks. I don't have the part# maybe I can find it on the web. The black plastic throttle lever with the idle speed screw is snapped in half, and nothing seems to glue it back together. I had it at a mechanic's though and he couldn't get the idle speed down to a safe range to shift it into gear, so he suggested that I get a new carb anyway.
