I would sale without title and let the new owner know that it's their problem. You'r getting 500 max with title.. 300 max without... Is that 200 worth your time to find title?

The idea isn't to sell the boat as is. The idea is to fix it up and use it.

Still waiting on that title though. The previous owner says he has it, but he can't locate it.

have the PO obtain a replacement title, or spring the $8 for the replacement title.

leave the drain as is. those drains have worked for nearly 60 years on that boat and over 70 on my boat.
