Need Help Identifying HP of a Clinton Motor.

Hi everyone, I have an older Clinton outboard that is missing the hood, and I am trying to identify the HP. The model number is J9 1101, and the serial number is 114271. Can anyone tell me what the HP is from that information? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The J9 first appeared in 59 and ran to 68 all J9s are 5hp.Joined by the J5 in 65,66,67
at 5 hp though some were 3 hp.Someone may be along that can identify the year.
