Need Help Identifying HP of a Neptune Motor.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me identify the HP and possibly year of an old Neptune Outboard. It is a model: A1, and the serial number is B1848A. It looks like it may say 100 on the tank but I can't tell for sure. I really think this is too small to be a 10 HP. Could it be a 1 HP? Anyhow, any help would be appreciated.

Yea, that 1.7 Neptune was the most common models in the Neptune line. I seen one locally to me on craigslist for $100. I'm tempted, but I have plenty of motors to work on now. LOL
