Need help identifying Mercarb.

I am planning on tackling a rebuild of my carb, and I am looking for a rebuild kit like this one.

The problem is, the only numbers I can find on the side of my carb are the following...

830070

06 7426

I am not sure if this right or not, because all then umbers I see listed for carb numbers has a different number of digits, etc.

There is also no name. How do I know if it's a Mercarb or a Rochester?

Rochester has 2 idle mixture screws, Mercarb only has 1 idle mixture screw.

Yes I suspected that, since mine has only one screw on the bottom.. The problem is I don't know which Mercarb kit to buy. The guy on Ebay has two different ones.

Which one?.

The difference is in the accelerator pump. The older one has a straight shaft the newer one has a 90 degree bend. You can clearly see that in the photos of the kits.
